Frequently Asked Questions:

-
Can I bring my dog to Springside Farm? It depends on the season. We ask that you do NOT bring your dogs during our Fall Harvest season. Dogs ARE welcome during Christmas Tree Season. If you are still unsure, please call ahead. Service dogs are always welcome; we ask that you do not go near our petting zoo.
-
Are you an organic farm? No, we are NOT certified organic. We practice IPM (Integrated Pest Management) which utilizes sustainable ways to manage using methods that minimize environmental, health, and economic risks.
-
Are your events (Santa Expedition, Laser Tag) refundable? No, we do not offer refunds for the Santa Expedition or Laser Tag. Please see details on the specific pages for those events.
-
How do I care for my Christmas tree once I've brought it home? We advise our customers to immediately put your tree in warm water upon arrival home. Additives to water are not necessary. Continue to keep your tree well-watered throughout the season. Do not place your tree near a direct source of heat, as this will cause its needles to turn brown and dry rather quickly. Wreaths should never be placed between a storm door and exterior door. The trapped heat causes premature drying, causing the greens to brown quickly.
-
Do you host private field trips, group events, birthday parties? Rates, activities and time allotment vary by season. Please email springsidefarm@aol.com for more details and to schedule your event today.
-
What does the Maze Park Pass include? Our Maze Park Pass during the Fall Harvest season includes unlimited access to pedal cars, jump pad, rope swings, playgrounds, tunnels, slides, corn bins, duck races, the sound garden, mazes, basketball games, baseball throwing center, lifesize 4-in-a-row, the barrel train, and wagon ride. Food, pumpkins and merchandise are available for purchase.
-
When do you host weddings? We host weddings from May to Labor Day. Because of our Fall Harvest season, we cannot host weddings in October. Because our wedding barn is not heated, we cannot host during the winter months.
